Hi! I’m the owner of Stacy’s Custom Nails. I’m a licensed Instructor and Licensed Advanced Manicurist located in Austintown Ohio and specialize in acrylic, gel manicures and nail art. My books are currently full so if you don’t see an opening please add yourself to the waitlist and if something opens up, I can let you know. Cancellation Policy
If you are a new client, you must come with bare nails or book a removal. I do not work over others work. Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation and 50% appointment fee. Please note that if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you in 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a no-show and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. If you have many appointments scheduled and cancel multiple appointments in a row, all future appointments will be canceled to make room for other regulars.
